How do I reserve a tour?
1) Select the tour of your choice on the website.
2) Check the details of each tour on the tour details page, and then apply for the tour from the calendar.
3) After you make a reservation, you will receive an e-mail from the guide confirming your reservation.
4) Please arrive at the meeting place on the day of the tour at the appointed meeting time. (You will need to make your own arrangements for transportation to and from the meeting place, as well as for accommodations.)
I cannot eat certain foods due to allergies or religious reasons.
Please inform us at the time of application or when you receive the reservation confirmation e-mail from the guide.
(Depending on the tour, it may be difficult to remove or change such food items. Please understand).
I have a physical condition.

Where is the meeting place?
Please check the details page of each tour or activity.
Can I make a reservation for a specific date and time?
Yes, please check the calendar. If a date is not listed in the calendar, it is not available and cannot be reserved.
What happens if it rains?
We conduct all of our tours rain or shine. The tour fee will not be refunded in the case of cancellation requested by customers due to rain on the day of the tour. If we decide to cancel a tour due to the adverse weather conditions, we will inform you prior to the tour.
Can I join a tour late or leave early?
It is very difficult to join a group tour after it has begun without inconveniencing other participants. Please make sure that you come to the meeting point by the start time. Except in the case of emergency, we ask our guests to please follow the schedule of the tour and stay until the end.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you, unfortunately, cancel the tour, you will not be charged a cancellation fee up to 2 days before the tour date. Please see our Cancellation Policy for details.
How physically fit do I have to be in order to participate in a tour?
Our tours are casual rides through the Japanese countryside. Our Standard and Half courses are relatively flat and either course is appropriate for beginners.
What should I wear?
Please wear comfortable clothes suitable for bicycle riding. Sneakers, shorts or pants are appropriate. Also, we recommend a hat and sunglasses during summer, and a hat, gloves, windbreaker, and layered clothing in colder weather.
Additionally, please bring rain gear in the case of a sudden downpour during a tour.
Can I join a tour even if I am the only guest?
Unfortunately, the minimum number of participants is 2 people. If the tour is already booked by other participants, single booking is accepted.
How can we pay?
You can pay online by credit card. Please contact us if you have any difficulty with payment. We can accept VISA or MASTER Card.
What do I need to bring?
We will provide bicycles, helmets, drinks, and meals.
Cycling gloves are not available for rent, so please bring your own if necessary.
Helmets are available in M and L sizes. If you have a helmet that you usually use, please bring it with you.
If you would like to bring additional outerwear or snacks, please bring a small backpack.
What do I need to bring in case of rain?
Depending on the season, it may get cold, so please bring extra warm clothes and waterproof gloves.
Waterproof athletic shoes or walking boots are recommended.
Also, please prepare a change of clothes for after the tour.
What size e-bikes are available?
We carry 3 sizes, suitable for riders within the following height range:
445mm(XS: 155 ~ 170cm, 61 ~ 67 inches)
485mm(S:160 ~ 180cm, 63 ~ 71 inches)
525mm(M:175〜190cm, 69 ~ 75 inches)
How old do I have to be to participate?
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the program alone. If you are accompanied by a parent or guardian, you can participate from the age of 16.
Can I charter a tour with my group?
Yes, 1-Day and half-day rides can be chartered with a minimum of 3 participants on weekdays and 5 participants on weekends.
